Use of these images by you or other third parties for purposes other than
placing an order with IntegratedPerformance.org or using this site as a shopping
resource is strictly prohibited and may violate the copyright laws, trademark
laws, privacy laws and other laws and regulations.
Nothing contained on this site may be construed as granting any license or right
to use any of our trademarks or service marks without our prior written consent.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event of an incorrect price listed on
IntegratedPerformance.org due to typographical error, IntegratedPerformance.org
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders place for product listed at
the incorrect price.
IntegratedPerformance.org shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION’S LAW
All modifications, except those that are exempt, have been
designed and are intended for off-road use only
These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may
never be used in City streets or Public highways.
Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering
inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or
safety in a vehicle used on public highways.
Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty.
Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your
vehicle.
User/Buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with any aftermarket parts.
It is the User/Buyer’s responsibility to know their local City and State Laws.
PLACING AN ORDER
All orders placed with IntegratedPerformance.org, either by
phone, fax, or mail constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all
conditions listed on IntegratedPerformance.org.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For all Credit Card orders –
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILILNG ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD.
If your Billing address is a PO BOX, APO, and FPO, these orders have to be
PREPAID via Money Order or Cashier’s Check ONLY.
For International Orders – these orders have to be PREPAID via International
Money Order or International Cashier’s Check ONLY.
Personal Checks have to clear first before merchandise will be shipped out.
We DO NOT ship COD shipments.
CREDIT CARD POLICIES
Credit Card orders are charged immediately on out of stock
parts, and the rest at the time of shipping. To prevent credit card fraud, we
will ONLY SHIP ORDERS TO THE
CREDIT CARD’S BILLING ADDRESS.
All prices, materials, design, and specifications are
subject to change without notice.
It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the application of
all parts before installation.
IntegratedPerformance.org highly recommends that you always retain your stock
parts for as long as you have your vehicle.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS – Some items are sold on a “special
order” only basis. These are products that we do not stock and there is a 50%
non refundable deposit required on all orders.
In order for us to ship a package to your school or work
(an address that is not the billing address of your credit card) please contact
your credit card’s customer service department and request that your work or
school address be added as a “secondary billing address” for your credit card.
You can then include your work or school address as your billing address on the
order form. Also please remember always to include your credit card’s customer
service number in the additional notes area!
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Providing the order has not shipped, canceling an order with
IntegratedPerformance.org is simple. Call IntegratedPerformance.org Customer
service and you will be provided with an Order Cancellation Number.
IntegratedPerformance.org ALWAYS provides this number, THEREFORE, KEEP THIS
NUMBER HANDY FOR ANY DISPUTES. Without this number, your Order will be
considered valid with IntegratedPerformance.org and the Term and Conditions
under “Returns & Exchanges” will apply.
WARRANTY
All merchandise sold by IntegratedPerformance.org is only
subject to manufacturer’s warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to
submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or
replacement of merchandise.
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer’s
abuse, negligence, or mishandling.
Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to
IntegratedPerformance.org, the shipping to the manufacturer, and the shipping
back to the customer.
No warranty on light bulbs and electrical components and are sold AS IS and may
not be returned.
No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims.
IntegratedPerformance.org is not responsible if your car is inoperable due to
sending us the part for warranty claim.
All return products must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued
by IntegratedPerformance.org. Returns will be refused with an RMA number.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 10 Calendar days from
receipt of merchandise.
All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable
packaging, all packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and
hardware MUST also be returned.
Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned.
All returns must be sent Prepaid – no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure
the returned parts for its full value to protect you against loss with the
carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS. If you send something Freight Collect
to TrialOneRacing.com, it will be refused by the Receiving Department. If we do
not refuse at the time of delivery, your credit card will be charged for the
shipping charges based on which carrier and which service utilized.
No return or exchange or merchandise that shows signs of having been installed,
modified, or painted.
No return or exchange on Light Bulbs, Electrical Items or Special Order items.
No return or exchange on Wheels that have been mounted / balanced or are not in
BRAND NEW Re-Saleable condition.
All Returns are subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee.
No refund on shipping charges
All return products must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued
by TrialOneRacing.com. Returns will be refused with an RMA number.
TrialOneRacing.com does accept returned items. However, there is a 25%
restocking fee for all returned items. There is no return policy on special
order products. Wheels that have already been mounted and parts that have
already been installed cannot be returned at our discretion.
VALIDITY OF RMA#
All return products must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by IntegratedPerformance.org. Returns will be
refused without an RMA number.
The RMA is valid for only 30 calendar days from the date issued.
IntegratedPerformance.org needs to receive the product back within the 30
calendar days; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
SHIPPING
All shipments within the 48 Contiguous State will be sent
via UPS Ground service, unless air delivery is requested. Your air options are
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-day Select.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, 2nd Day Air Service will be
utilized. There is no Ground Service. For UPS Ground Shipments, some products
can be considered OS1, which UPS charges 30 pounds; some products can be
considered OS2, which UPS charges 70 pounds. There are certain products such as
Body Kits, Bumpers, Spoiler and exhaust systems that will have an additional
$50.00 added to the UPS charge because it’s over their size and weight
restrictions.
Parts that are too large or too heavy for UPS are delivered by Truck. Most truck
freight items have Flat Delivery Rates, a Terminal Fee, Inside Delivery Charge
and Residential surcharge.
For Air shipments, they are subject to Dimensional Weight. Please go to UPS.com
for explanation.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package.
Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in
good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages.
If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must have the
shipper notate it and you must call IntegratedPerformance.org at 310.515.9495
within 24 hours or claim can not be filed.
KEEP all original packaging, including packing materials and original shipping
carton.
DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval
IntegratedPerformance.org will call UPS to report the claim. UPS will issue a
Damaged Call Tag and have the package returned to IntegratedPerformance.org.
SHORTAGES
Please open your order immediately up receipt. Check your
invoice for backordered items. Backorder parts will come in a separate box.
Inspect packing list with the products shipped.
If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. Notify
IntegratedPerformance.org immediately within 24 hours of receipt.
